We are offering some fantastic deals on booking the whole bunk barn through the winter. The whole Bunk Barn can be rented for as little as £120 for a single night, not bad if there are a few of you. Check out the off peak season rates below.
Peak Season 2012 (April - October)

If you would like to book an entire room for your party to ensure privacy, then we have 2 rooms available. Room 3 (1 single and 2 bunks) and room 4 ( 4 bunks).
- Room 3 (sleeps up to 3) £63, with a £10 discount for partial occupancy
- Room 4 (sleeps up to 4) £84, with a £10 discount for partial occupancy
- Whole BunkBarn for 2 day weekend (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) £280
- Whole BunkBarn for 3 day weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) £400

CAMPING
Camping in 2011 costs £6 per person per night, £3 for children from 5 to 16 years old, little ones 4 years and under are free. Backpackers, actually walking in on a route (!), with backpacking tents, still pay £5 each.
During the Winter months, please make sure you ring us first, or there may not be any hot water!
Caravans or campervans cost £15 per night (including 2 people, with electricity). Additional people are charged at the camping rate. Due to limited space, please book your pitch.
Dogs are welcome to camp with you, but must be kept on a lead please, as we have 4 ducks around (as well as a couple of old moggies), and of course, please pick up any doggie deposits!

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CANCELLATION INFO
Because of so many 'no shows', we have now changed our bunkhouse booking policy.
We are asking for deposists of 1/2 the amount payable. Should you need to cancel before 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, then your money will be refunded. Cancellation after that period, is likely to mean that you lose your money.
If we are able to relet your bed space, then we will refund your money to you.
However, if the bed/beds remain unlet, then we will, at your request, provide a receipt for insurance purposes.
Hope it doesn't have to happen though, and you're fit and happy when you get to us - and when you leave of course! :o)
